Sharing your data (recipients / processors)

International transfers
Some providers (or their sub-processors) may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., adequacy decisions where applicable, and/or Standard Contractual Clauses) and other measures required by law.

4) How do we store your data?
Security
We store and process data using reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as:
- access controls and least-privilege access to systems
- encrypted connections (HTTPS) for website traffic (where supported by the visitor’s browser)
- security monitoring and logging (as configured)
- limiting access to email accounts and administrative tools
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Current retention rules (to be confirmed/finalized by the Company):
- Business inquiries by email: up to 24 months after the last relevant communication, then deleted or anonymized where feasible
- Website server/security logs: up to 120 days (subject to security needs and provider configurations)
- Analytics data (only if enabled): 14 months
If you request deletion earlier, we will assess the request under applicable legal requirements and exceptions.
5) Marketing
We do not run a newsletter and do not send marketing emails as a standard practice.
If we ever introduce marketing communications (e.g., a newsletter), we will:
- ask for your consent where required
- provide a simple opt-out method in each message
- update this Privacy Policy accordingly
